Mailprotector Promotes Glowacz to Vice President, Partner Success

Mailprotector, a Greenville, SC-based cybersecurity company, announced today that it has promoted Mark Glowacz to Vice President of Partner Success.

In this role, Glowacz will continue to lead the partner success team in providing best-in-class technical and operational support to Mailprotector partners. Mark has a track record of success in a similar role, as he was previously Mailprotector’s Director of Partner Success.

“We are excited to see Mark promoted to Vice President, as he has been such an impactful resource for our partner base,” commented Mailprotector CEO David Setzer. “As a former MSP, Mark is an excellent advocate for our partner community. When he isn’t providing industry-leading support, he is liaising between partners and our product development team to ensure our channel is getting exactly what it needs.”

As the head of the support division for Mailprotector, Glowacz also spends time advocating and educating MSPs and MSSPs on email security best practices.

“It is so rewarding to help our partners grow their business and find success with Mailprotector,” said Glowacz. “We are making big strides and there is a lot of positive development on the horizon for both Mailprotector and its base of partners. I feel fortunate to be part of this amazing team – especially right now.”

Glowacz is a graduate of Drake University and holds a BSBA in Information Systems Management. He also coaches youth football where he resides with his wife and two children in Austin, TX.
