Is it complicated to switch my email service to Mailprotector?
It’s actually really easy! We will provide you with a simple process that guides you through entering/syncing your users, confirming your mail server IP/hostname, and redirecting mail to Mailprotector scanners. It’s as easy as having your DNS host make one change to your MX record. The entire process takes less than 10 minutes. Our Partner Succes support team will provide you with the exact information needed to get your service up and running.
Do I have to install or update anything?
Nope. We do all the work for you. Mailprotector is a managed service. We maintain constant updates on our virus scanning engines and definitions AND constantly monitor spam to keep our testing heuristics at peak performance.
