This background has been crucial in shaping his approach at Mailprotector, where he now leads the Partner Success team.
As a former MSP himself, Mark is uniquely equipped to understand the challenges and opportunities that MSPs face. His hands-on experience allows him to advocate passionately for the channel community, ensuring that Mailprotector’s product development team delivers the tools and support that partners need to thrive.
Mark’s leadership is integral to our commitment to partner success. He leads the technical and operational support teams, ensuring our partners receive the best service possible. His background in IT management, cloud computing solutions, and business development has positioned him as an essential liaison between our partners and the broader Mailprotector team.
