Mark is Mailprotector’s Vice President of Partner Success. From a young age, his interest in technology contributed to various professional experiences, including web development, network administration, data center management, user support, and entrepreneurship as an MSP owner and executive.
Mark began his career at the tail end of the “dot-com boom” before finishing his degree from Drake University in 2000. He moved to Austin, TX, in 2001 to work for start-ups. In 2003 Mark took a role as an IT Operations Engineer, and the focus on service and support began. After a four-year stint in private education, Mark started a managed service practice in 2009. The company was acquired, and Mark joined the executive team, general managing the Austin market. A service-oriented technologist, Mark enjoyed helping people make technology feel easy.
In 2017, Mark joined the Mailprotector team. He is responsible for partner technical support and services and advocates for the IT channel partner within the organization.
